Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have for setup? Can I add additional time?

All rentals come with one hour setup and one hour clean up allotted. Staff members are onsite for setup and cleanup. You can add additional setup time if the space is available for $150 per hour.

Can I drop off decor prior to my scheduled rental window?

Not for smaller events. We only allow early drop off for our larger scale events (rehearsal dinners and weddings).

What is required from me for setup and cleanup?

When you arrive for your setup time, the space will already be arranged with tables, chairs, and linens. You are responsible for setting out food, drink, and decor (staff will be onsite to assist with this). After the event, you are required to remove anything you brought with you (leftover food / drink, decor, boxes, etc). Our staff will wash dishes and tidy the space.

Do I have to hire a bartender for my event?

Licensed bartenders are only required for events where liquor is served, but we encourage one to be onsite for any event with more than 30 guests where alcohol is served.

Am I required to use vendors from a vendor list?

No, you can use any caterer, bartender, coordinator, etc. We are happy to provide contacts for our favorite vendors.

Will my guests have trouble parking?

Parking is typically not an issue. There is ample parking in our lot, along Legacy Park Road, and by the park.

My vendor would like to see the space. Can I schedule another tour?

We allow one complimentary tour per booking. You can schedule additional tours for a small fee, or you can connect us directly to your vendor so that we can answer all of their questions via phone call.
